This vantage point allows for both uninterrupted ocean and city views which is hard to come by along the famous Cape Peninsula. Being first and foremost to sunrises and sunsets is not the only attraction, the property is perfectly sheltered from the wind and is very central and easily accessible. We have private access onto the Sea Point Promenade as well as the Camps Bay route- making it a short walk from the nearest Clifton beaches. All in all, it is an excellent fit for tourists wanting to explore while still allowing for a relaxing day around the pool.
The balcony is an extension of the kitchen and living room, making for great indoor-outdoor living or entertaining. Here you will find a coffee corner, lunch table, braai, sun beds and the infinity pool that seems as if it is an extension of the vast blue ocean. Although you are above Victoria Road, the privacy and peace are uncompromised, lending itself to the most exceptional sundowner cocktails.
The interiors of the apartment have been curated with the essence of finesse, luxury, comfort and a designer’s freedom. Tastefully decorated with modern embellishments and striking art pieces throughout. Every room has a unique style that elevates the ambiance of the home.
There are five ensuite bedrooms all consisting of King-sized beds, work spaces and TVs’. Two of the five are sea facing while the others have a courtyard view. The loft or room five, is very intimate as it is separate to the main house with an individual entrance, kitchen, lounge and patio area. This can also be rented separately as a two-person sleeper on Airbnb. There are aircons, central heating, surround sound throughout the whole apartment.
Aside from the bedrooms, there are plenty of lavish sitting areas for people to gather, these being: the downstairs lounge, the upstairs ‘cinema room’, the formal dining room, the balcony, and the kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of this home, it is fully-equipped with high-grade cutlery and crockery as well as ‘state of the art’ appliances. It is sure to inspire the most remarkable feasts and dining experiences.
